What you will be doing?
This role provides you the opportunity to join a newly created support team where you will be collaborating on a different number of tasks among IT professionals.
A flavour of what you’ll be doing:
- Troubleshooting customer queries.
- Identify, evaluate, escalate, and document incidents and problems.
- Managing and interpreting databases.
- Liaise with third party suppliers
- Manage and troubleshoot data issues.
- Maintain appropriate documentation.
- 1 + years experience using SQL
- 1 + years of experience in application/software support
- Previous Experience in iGaming would be considered an asset.
