What you will be doing?

This role provides you the opportunity to join a newly created support team where you will be collaborating on a different number of tasks among IT professionals.

A flavour of what you’ll be doing:

  • Troubleshooting customer queries. 
  • Identify, evaluate, escalate, and document incidents and problems.
  • Managing and interpreting databases.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers
  • Manage and troubleshoot data issues.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation.

You Are:

  • 1 + years experience using SQL 
  • 1 + years of experience in application/software support
  • Previous Experience in iGaming would be considered an asset.
